These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and h789 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the h789 website located at https://h789.cam and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all games, sports betting markets, lottery products, bonus programs, and any other services offered through h789.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on h789, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 2. Eligibility

To be eligible to use the h789 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are an individual of at least 21 years of age with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by h789 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, or immediate family member of any employee or director of h789 or its affiliated companies.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player may hold only one Account on h789. The creation of multiple or duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in your name without your knowledge, please contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Indonesian mobile number. h789 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. h789 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification

h789 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at h789's discretion at any other time, you may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's license);
• A recent proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months);
• A clear selfie photograph holding your identification document;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., copy of bank passbook or mobile banking screenshot).

KYC documents are typically reviewed within 1–24 hours. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal suspension or Account closure. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

h789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian banking channels and e-wallets:

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for e-wallets and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits per transaction vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name; third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed minus any applicable bank processing fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure. Withdrawal requests are reviewed during business hours and typically processed within 1–24 hours for verified Accounts. h789 does not guarantee specific processing times as bank processing delays are outside our control. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on h789 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Where a conversion from another currency is required, the exchange rate applied will be disclosed to you before you confirm the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by h789 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. In the absence of offer-specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players only — one bonus per player, household, IP address, or device.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• h789 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to Player Accounts.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the offer) must be wagered before winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a cumulative total of Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying bets before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute only 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are published on the Promotions page. Bets placed using bonus funds on games with a 0% contribution rate do not count toward wagering completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

h789 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to neutralize risk ("bonus hedging"), and using automated betting systems. If we determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on the h789 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical processes (card shuffles, roulette spins) overseen by professional dealers and monitored by independent auditors. Game results cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by h789 staff or Players.

Sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola, the Indonesian term for football bookmaking), basketball, badminton, and esports — are settled based on official results issued by the relevant sporting federation. Where a result is disputed by a federation, h789 reserves the right to suspend settlement pending clarification. Traditional lottery products including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) are settled based on official draw results published by the respective international lottery operators.

h789 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started (late bets) due to technical error, erroneous odds, or any other data integrity issue, and to correct manifest errors in odds at any time before settlement, even if a bet has been accepted.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the h789 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or dealers to manipulate game outcomes;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use h789 as a vehicle for processing illicit funds;
• Providing false identification documents during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using VPN, proxy services, or other circumvention tools;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing h789 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the h789 Platform without written authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the h789 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface designs, software code, game content, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of h789 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of h789 content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h789 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive financial loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or cyber-security incidents beyond our reasonable control;
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions;
• Any third-party content, products, or services linked to or accessible through the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, h789's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described therein. Key principles include:

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law applicable to online gaming operations. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to h789's customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English before a mutually agreed independent arbitrator.

Nothing in this clause prevents h789 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent fraud. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
